From East to West
From crafting interiors to developing brands, being in any creative industry in The South presents its own challenges and limitations. For creatives based in a southern context, travel can act as a lifeline to experience new environments and absorb innovative advancements that have not yet been established within the southern context. For Ansley, travel allows her to document and gather inspiration from both natural and built environments around the world to ultimately bring the best qualities from her experiences along the journey back home to fuel new designs.
